01Acceptance of terms
This website is operated by Relyir Artificial Grass, an artificial grass manufacturer based in Jiangsu, China. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site. Terms specific to a purchase are set out in the quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract agreed with you directly; in case of conflict, that document prevails.
02Use of website content
All text, product photography, technical drawings and other content on this site are the property of Relyir or its content suppliers. You may view, download and print pages for your own business evaluation — for example preparing a customer proposal — but you may not republish, resell or use our content for another brand’s marketing without written permission. The Relyir name and logo may not be used without agreement.
03Quotations and pricing
Any price range or indication shown on this website is for guidance only. Artificial grass pricing depends on pile height, density, backing, quantity, and destination port, so a binding price is issued only in a written quotation from our export team. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to raw material and exchange-rate movements on renewal.
04Free sample program
We provide free 20cm × 20cm swatches so you can verify quality before committing. Samples are free of charge; the customer covers the courier cost (collect accounts such as DHL or FedEx are welcome). Sample specifications may differ slightly from bulk production because swatches are cut from current production runs.
05Orders and contracts
Sales are made under an individual proforma invoice or sales contract signed by both parties, which sets out product specification, quantity, unit price, payment terms, delivery schedule and shipping terms. Submitting a website inquiry does not by itself create an order or a supply obligation.
06Product specifications
We work continuously to improve our products. Minor variations in specification, color batch or tuft appearance between production runs are normal in the industry. Colors shown on screen may differ from the physical product due to display differences — final confirmation should always be based on physical samples. Installed performance also depends on sub-base preparation, infill and maintenance, which are outside our control.
07Customization and OEM/ODM
Custom pile heights, densities, colors, backing types, roll widths, logos and private-label packaging are available on request. Custom projects are quoted and scheduled individually; artwork and trademark rights for any custom logo remain the responsibility of the customer, who confirms they hold the right to use the submitted designs.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relyir is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the information on it. Any liability connected to a product order is defined by the applicable sales contract. Nothing on this website constitutes technical, legal or installation advice for your specific site conditions.
09Governing law
These terms and the use of this website are governed by the laws applicable in the People’s Republic of China. Disputes relating to a specific order are handled under the dispute clause of that order’s sales contract.
