Systèmes de Greens de Putting
15 mm putting surface and 12 mm surround systems for full golf course installations. Factory-direct from Relyir since 2006.
Why Golf Facilities Specify Synthetic
Golf places tighter demands on a turf surface than any other sport. A fraction of a degree in ball deviation changes a makeable putt into a miss. Every design choice in the Relyir golf range addresses this precision requirement.
The 15 mm curled yarn, combined with calibrated sand infill, produces stimp readings in the 9–12 range — the zone where most competitive and recreational golfers prefer to play. Speed is adjustable by varying infill depth.
Natural bentgrass and bermudagrass greens develop grain — a directional growth pattern that alters ball speed depending on which way you putt. Curled synthetic fibers have no grain, so a six-footer plays the same pace in every direction.
Natural greens go dormant, develop disease, or become unplayable after heavy rain. Synthetic golf turf drains through perforated backing and maintains consistent playing characteristics regardless of season or weather conditions.
Gamme de produits
The Golf Flat Curly Sunny platform is Relyir’s dedicated golf surface. Two variants offer different colorways and backing options while sharing the same 15 mm curled-yarn geometry optimized for ball roll precision.
| Modèle | Hauteur de pile | Fil | Densité | Jauge | Taux de couture | Support | Couleurs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Golf Flat Curly Sunny V1 | 15 mm | Monofilament PE | 10 500 touffes/m² | 3/4″ | 20/10 cm | PP + trame + PP (PU optionnel) | Vert de champ |
| Golf Flat Curly Sunny V2 | 15 mm | Monofilament PE | 10 500 touffes/m² | 3/4″ | 20/10 cm | PP + trame + PP | Vert pomme |
Roll sizes: 4 × 25 m or 2 × 25 m (V1 max width 5 m); V2 available in 2 × 50 m. Golf turf projects typically combine putting surface, fringe (35–60 mm), fairway zones and bunker elements. All elements are customizable at the factory. Full datasheets provided with your quotation.
Golf Surface Engineering
A golf facility needs more than just putting green turf. A complete installation integrates multiple zones: the putting surface itself, fringe transitions, chipping areas, tee boxes and, in some designs, fairway or rough zones. Each zone requires a different pile height, density and sometimes a different yarn type.
Relyir’s golf turf system covers all of these. The Golf Flat Curly Sunny at 15 mm serves as the putting surface. For fringe and chipping areas, our landscaping series (Flat Queen at 17–60 mm, C Royal at 40 mm, M Elegant at 35 mm) provides the longer pile that slows approach shots and creates visual contrast. Tee boxes can be built with our Flat Curly Tenacity at 12 mm for a tight, consistent hitting surface.
The advantage of sourcing all zones from one manufacturer is color and density matching. When the putting surface, fringe and surrounds come from the same production facility, the color transitions look intentional rather than pieced together from mismatched rolls.
For driving ranges and practice facilities, golf turf serves double duty. The same 15 mm surface works for target greens at various distances, while shorter-pile options handle the hitting bay areas where players take divot-free swings off synthetic mats.
Indoor golf simulators and entertainment venues are a growing application for golf turf. The Flat Curly Tenacity (12 mm) and Golf Flat Curly Sunny (15 mm) both work well under simulator screens, providing a realistic feel for putts and chip shots without the maintenance burden of natural grass indoors.
Vente directe d'usine depuis le Jiangsu
Relyir has manufactured artificial grass in Jiangsu since 2006. Every step — from raw PE pellets to finished golf turf rolls — runs on-site, controlling quality and holding pricing 30–50% below international equivalents.
Golf projects often require multiple products in a single order — putting surface, fringe, tee and surround turf in matched colors. We coordinate production so all components ship together, reducing your project timeline and storage needs. The export team has shipped to more than 500 customers across 50+ countries since 2009.
Montage du système
A golf facility installation involves three turf zones, each with specific installation requirements. We supply all three and provide zone-by-zone build-up guidance.
Excavate and compact a crushed aggregate base with engineered drainage. For putting greens, shape contours at this stage. For tee boxes and surrounds, a flat compacted base is sufficient.
Install putting surface first, then fringe and surround panels. Seam zones are planned at transition boundaries where pile heights change. Each zone uses the adhesive and seaming method appropriate for its backing type.
Putting surface receives fine silica sand (2–5 kg/m²) brushed into the pile. Fringe zones may receive a heavier sand-rubber blend for stability. Surround areas use sand-only infill to maintain a natural appearance.
Install cups, flags and tee markers. Test stimp readings across the putting surface and adjust sand depth to achieve target speed. Verify drainage performance by flooding test sections.
Golf turf maintenance focuses on the putting surface, where consistency matters most. Regular brushing, sand top-up and cup rotation keep the green playing at its designed speed. Fringe and surround zones require less frequent attention — periodic brushing and debris removal.
The UV-stabilized PE fibers maintain their color and structural integrity through years of sun exposure and foot traffic. Perforated backing ensures water moves through the system quickly, keeping the surface playable after rain.
The 15 mm curled PE yarn produces a firm, fast surface with stimp speeds comparable to well-maintained bentgrass. The key difference is consistency — synthetic turf plays the same speed in every direction (no grain) and maintains that speed regardless of weather or season.
A complete facility typically uses Golf Flat Curly Sunny (15 mm) for putting greens, a landscaping model (35–60 mm) for fringe and rough, and Flat Curly Tenacity (12 mm) for tee boxes and indoor areas. We supply all zones from one factory with matched colors.
