Product Formats
Factory-direct grass rolls in 4×25 m and 2×25 m formats. Pricing from $13–30/sq yd. Ships to 50+ countries from Wuxi facility since 2006.
The Roll Format Advantage
Rolls are the most economical way to ship artificial grass. They protect the fiber face during transport, stack efficiently in containers and unroll on-site with minimal handling — whether the destination is a football pitch, a residential garden or a commercial rooftop.
Two standard widths — 2 m and 4 m — cover most installation scenarios. The 4 m roll minimizes seams on large areas like sports fields. The 2 m roll is easier to handle on residential sites with limited access. Custom widths up to 5 m are available.
Each roll is produced as a continuous run on our automated tufting line, ensuring uniform density, color and pile height from the first meter to the last. Rolls are inspected before winding and labeled with production batch information.
Standard 25 m rolls fit efficiently into 20-foot and 40-foot shipping containers. Our export team calculates container loading for your order and provides a packing plan that maximizes space utilization and minimizes freight cost per square meter.
Roll Specifications
Artificial grass rolls are available across all Relyir product lines — landscaping, sports, golf and colored. The roll format is consistent; the turf inside varies by application.

Available colors include green, blue, black, white, red and fully custom colorways. Higher-density rolls and longer pile heights command higher per-yard pricing. Shorter pile heights and lower densities are at the economical end of the range. Full datasheets provided with your quotation.
Logistics and Planning
Ordering artificial grass by the roll is the most cost-effective approach for any project above 50 m². The continuous roll format eliminates the waste and seam complexity of tile-based systems, and the per-square-meter cost drops as order volume increases.
Relyir’s pricing range of $13–$30 per square yard reflects the spread across our product lines. A 5 mm Mesh Delicacy roll sits at the economical end — low pile, standard density, ideal for decorative and light-traffic applications. A 60 mm Flat Queen roll with PU backing is at the premium end — tall, dense fibers on a reinforced, moisture-resistant base.
For projects requiring multiple rolls, we recommend ordering all rolls from the same production batch. This ensures color consistency across seams — a critical factor on large installations where rolls from different batches can show visible tonal differences under certain lighting.
Storage and handling on-site require basic care. Rolls should be stored on their side (not standing upright) in a shaded or covered area. Prolonged UV exposure on rolled turf can cause temporary fiber compression on the inner layers, which resolves after unrolling and brushing.
Our export team provides a complete packing list and container loading plan with every shipment. Each roll is labeled with model, dimensions, batch number and production date — documentation that simplifies customs clearance and on-site inventory management.
Factory Direct from Jiangsu
Relyir has manufactured artificial grass in Jiangsu since 2006. Every roll — from compounding to final winding — is produced on-site, ensuring quality control from raw material to finished product.
All eight production stages are managed in-house. The automated sports turf line, commissioned in 2015, lifted production capacity by 150% and tightened consistency across rolls. Every roll is inspected for density, pile height, color and backing integrity before winding and labeling.
Custom orders — specific widths, colors, densities and pile heights — are integrated into the production schedule without requiring separate tooling or minimums that would make small orders uneconomical. The export team has shipped to more than 500 customers across 50+ countries since 2009.
Roll Handling
Proper handling of turf rolls from delivery through installation protects the fiber face and ensures a clean, professional result.
Check roll labels against your packing list. Inspect the outer wrap for transit damage. Note any issues on the delivery receipt and photograph them before signing.
Store rolls horizontally on a flat surface, fiber face inward. Keep in shade or under cover. Avoid stacking more than three rolls high to prevent compression damage to the lower rolls.
Unroll onto the prepared base and allow the turf to relax for several hours. This lets the fibers stand up naturally and any roll-set wrinkles to flatten before seaming begins.
Trim edges, seam adjacent rolls with adhesive and seam tape, secure perimeter, and apply infill as required. The roll format makes this process linear and predictable compared to tile systems.
Synthetic grass rolls contribute to water conservation — replacing natural turf eliminates irrigation, saving an estimated 70 billion gallons of water annually across all installations. The absence of fertilizers and pesticides also eliminates the chemical runoff associated with natural lawn maintenance.
Relyir rolls ship in standard containers without special packaging beyond the protective outer wrap. The rolls themselves generate minimal on-site waste — offcuts can be repurposed for smaller areas or returned to the supplier for recycling where facilities exist.
We accept orders of all sizes, from single rolls for residential projects to container-load orders for commercial installations. Pricing tiers improve with volume — contact us with your square meterage for a quotation.
Yes. It is common for projects to combine models — for example, putting green turf and fringe turf, or sports turf and colored border turf. We coordinate production so all models ship together in one container.
Stored properly — horizontally, indoors or under cover, away from direct sunlight — rolls can be stored for several months without quality degradation. The UV-stabilized fibers resist degradation, but prolonged storage in direct sun should be avoided.
Relyir rolls range from $13 to $30 per square yard ($15–$80 per square meter), depending on the model, density, pile height and backing options. Higher-density and longer-pile products command higher pricing. Contact us with your project requirements for specific pricing.
Yes. We provide product samples so you can evaluate fiber quality, color and density before committing to a bulk order. Samples ship within a few days of request. Contact us to specify which models you would like to review.
