Sample Kit Contents
Each sample kit is assembled based on your product interest — sports turf, landscaping, putting green or custom requirements. You receive physical specimens that let you assess quality with your own eyes and hands.
Cut sections from the exact product models you are considering. Feel the texture, check the pile height and density, and compare blade profiles (flat, C-shape, mesh, stem, diamond) side by side. Fiber samples reveal the quality difference that photographs cannot capture.
Examine the backing construction — PP, PP+Net, PU or non-woven — to assess drainage perforation quality, coating adhesion and overall durability. Backing quality directly affects installation performance and product lifespan.
Compare blade colors (field green, olive green, apple green, dark green) and thatch colors (yellow brown, dark brown, light brown, lush green) in natural light at your location. Color accuracy matters for project approval, especially for commercial and residential landscapes.

Fill out the sample request form below or contact us directly. Tell us which product lines interest you (sports, landscaping, putting green, playground, colored grass) and any specific models or colors you want to evaluate. Include your shipping address and preferred courier if applicable.
Our team assembles your sample kit within one business day. Samples ship via international express (DHL, FedEx or equivalent) with tracking provided. Delivery takes 3–7 business days to most destinations worldwide. Shipping is free on sample orders.
Examine the samples in your own environment — check colors in natural light, feel the texture underfoot, test drainage with water, and compare models side by side. Install a sample section outdoors to see how it looks in your actual project setting.
Once you have selected the right product, our team provides a detailed quotation with factory-direct pricing, lead time and shipping options. Custom specifications (colors, density, pile height, roll dimensions) can be discussed at this stage if standard models do not fully meet your requirements.
Shipping Details
Relyir ships sample kits to buyers in over 50 countries from our facility in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Sample orders ship free of charge via international express courier with full tracking. Most destinations receive their kit within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
We have been exporting since 2009 and have refined our sample logistics to ensure kits arrive in excellent condition. Each sample is individually labeled with the model name and key specifications so you can reference them easily during evaluation.
For buyers evaluating products for large projects, we recommend requesting samples from at least two to three product models to enable a proper comparison. Our sales team can suggest the best models for your specific application based on your description of the project.
If you need samples urgently for a project deadline, let us know when you submit your request and we will prioritize assembly and dispatch. For custom-color samples, allow an additional 5–7 business days for production of your specific colorway.
