A tufted logo mat is fundamentally different from a printed or painted logo on turf. The design is built into the carpet structure — every fiber is part of the logo or the background, creating a seamless surface that withstands foot traffic, weather and cleaning.
CNC cutting and multi-color tufting weave the logo and background as one continuous carpet. There is no adhesive layer, no printed overlay, no decal that can peel, crack or wash away. The logo lasts as long as the turf itself.

All eight production stages are managed in-house. Logo mat production adds a CNC design phase after the standard tufting step, where the cutting table translates approved artwork into multi-color fiber insertion. Artwork files are reviewed by our design team, who advise on color limitations, minimum detail sizes and optimal pile heights for the design. Deployment Options
Logo mats are versatile products that serve different functions depending on how they are deployed. No permanent installation is required for most applications.
Simply place the mat on a flat surface. The mat’s own weight keeps it in position for indoor use and low-wind outdoor settings. Ideal for events, entrances and temporary branding.
Apply adhesive to the backing and bond the mat to a concrete, tile or wooden floor. This is the preferred method for permanent installations in lobbies, gyms and retail spaces.
Connect multiple mats using interlocking edge systems to create larger branded areas — event floors, exhibition booths or branded walkways. The interlocking system allows disassembly and reassembly.
Mount the mat vertically as a branded banner or feature wall element. The lightweight construction (compared to rigid signage) makes it suitable for temporary wall mounting at events and exhibitions.
Logo mats are easy to maintain. For indoor mats, vacuum cleaning removes dust and debris. For outdoor mats, a pressure washer or leaf blower clears dirt and organic matter. The synthetic fibers do not absorb liquids — spills and pet accidents rinse clean without staining.
The porous backing allows water to drain through the mat, preventing puddling on outdoor installations. For high-traffic permanent installations, periodic deep cleaning maintains the fiber appearance and logo visibility.
The logo mats that last are tufted, not painted: colored fibers are produced into the pile so the design wears at the same rate as the mat itself, rather than a print layer that scuffs off under entrance traffic. Yes. Outdoor lifespan is 5–12 years depending on UV exposure and climate. UV-stabilized fibers resist fading, and the porous backing drains rainwater. For permanent outdoor installations, adhesive mounting or weighted edges prevent wind displacement.
Yes. Samples are free of charge — you only cover the shipping. Standard swatches are 20 × 20 cm and we typically send three to four models per project so you can compare pile heights and colors side by side. Standard samples ship via DHL or FedEx within 4–6 days; custom-matched samples add 10–15 days of production.
Yes. Choose between two options: delivered to your destination port, with export customs clearance in China, international ocean freight and cargo insurance included in one all-inclusive cost; or delivered to a Chinese port if you prefer to work with your own freight forwarder. Other delivery arrangements can be accommodated on request.
