About Relyir
Artificial grass manufacturer in Jiangsu, China, founded in 2006. Factory-direct turf supply to 50+ countries — from raw PE materials to finished rolls, all eight production steps under one roof.
Our Story
Two decades of steady, self-funded growth — from a single tufting workshop in Jiangsu Province to a vertically integrated artificial grass manufacturer shipping to five continents.
Relyir was founded in 2006 by Mr. Wang in Wuxi, Jiangsu — the same year he was awarded the Creative Top Ten Youths certificate for his entrepreneurial vision. Starting from a focused tufting workshop, the company built its early reputation on consistent yarn quality and hands-on process control, learning the craft of artificial grass manufacturing from the ground up.
The export push began in 2009, when the tufting process was upgraded and the first international orders shipped. By 2011, an in-house twisting line had been added — sales doubled, and a dedicated lab and QC system were put in place. A major inflection point came in 2013, when a 12,000 m² warehouse and workshop came online and the first customers from Kenya, the Dominican Republic and the United States signed on. In 2015, automated sports turf equipment was commissioned, lifting production capacity by 150%. By 2018, a dedicated technical team was in place to focus on design and manufacturing solutions for increasingly complex project specifications.
Today, Relyir serves 500+ customers across 50+ countries from its Wuxi facility, where all eight production steps — compounding, extruding, twisting, tufting, coating, drying, perforating and rolling up — run under one roof. That vertical integration is what holds factory-direct costs 30–50% below international equivalents while keeping quality in-house at every stage. The philosophy has not changed since 2006: “Making the quality to be no 1 — more than a supplier, you need a partner.”
