Relyir provides full OEM and ODM manufacturing for artificial grass products. Customize blade density, pile height, colors, backing type, roll dimensions and logo integration — all produced in-house at our 12,000 m² facility in Jiangsu, China. Minimum orders from a single container.
What You Can Customize
Every Relyir product line supports customization across the core parameters that define turf performance and appearance. Whether you need a specific color match for a sports team or a unique pile configuration for a landscape project, our production lines adapt to your specifications.
Specify the exact stitch density and pile height for your application. Denser turf provides better durability for high-traffic sports fields, while taller pile creates a lush appearance for landscaping. Our models range from 5 mm to 60 mm in standard configurations, and custom heights are available on request.
Choose from field green, olive green, apple green, dark green and custom Pantone-matched colors. Multi-tone blade combinations with contrasting thatch colors create a realistic natural-grass appearance. Colored grass options include red, blue, yellow, white, black and custom hues for branding or play areas.
Select from PP, PP+Net, PU and non-woven backing systems depending on drainage requirements and installation method. Standard roll widths are 2 m and 4 m with 25 m lengths, and max widths up to 5 m are available for select models. Custom roll dimensions can be arranged for specific project requirements.
Sports team logos, corporate branding and custom line markings can be woven directly into the turf using CNC cutting technology — not painted or printed. The result is a seamless, durable integration that withstands years of use. Logo mats and branded entrance turf are also available.
Choose from PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene) or nylon yarn depending on the performance requirements of your project. PE offers the softest feel for landscaping and residential use. PP provides excellent resilience for sports fields. Nylon delivers maximum durability for high-traffic installations.
Custom packaging, private label rolls and branded documentation are available for distributors and resellers. We work with your design team to create packaging that reflects your brand while meeting shipping and handling requirements for international transport.

Our customization process is designed for clarity and efficiency. From the initial specification discussion to final shipment, each step includes clear milestones and approval gates so you always know exactly where your order stands.
Share your project requirements with our sales team — application type, preferred pile height, density, colors, roll dimensions and quantity. Our team provides technical recommendations based on 20 years of manufacturing experience and recommends the best model and configuration for your needs.
We produce physical samples matching your exact specifications and ship them for your evaluation. You assess the color, texture, density and overall appearance in your local conditions. Adjustments are made based on your feedback until the sample is approved.
Once the sample is approved, full production begins on our in-house lines. All eight production stages — compounding, extruding, twisting, tufting, coating, drying, perforating and rolling — are completed within our 12,000 m² facility under a single quality management system.
Every production run undergoes quality checks at each stage. Final inspection verifies color consistency, dimensional accuracy, tuft bind strength, drainage performance and roll dimensions against your approved sample. Production photos and test reports are shared before shipment.
Finished rolls are packed for international transport with proper moisture protection and labeling. We coordinate logistics, prepare all export documentation and provide tracking information. Standard roll sizes are 4 × 25 m or 2 × 25 m, with container loading optimized for your destination port.

Relyir has manufactured artificial grass in Jiangsu since 2006. Every production stage is managed in-house, giving us complete control over quality, lead times and customization flexibility.
Our 12,000 m² facility houses the complete production chain from raw material compounding to finished roll packaging. The automated sports turf line, commissioned in 2015, lifted production capacity by 150%. Custom orders — from unique color combinations to non-standard roll widths — are integrated into the same production lines as our standard product range.
The export team has served more than 500 customers across 50+ countries since 2009. We provide samples, technical datasheets and installation guidance with every order. Our location in Jiangsu Province offers efficient access to Tianjin and Qingdao ports for international shipping.
