Putting Green Systems
Pre-cut 15 mm putting green kit with all components for DIY installation. Factory-direct from Relyir — 20 years of manufacturing.
The Kit Advantage
A putting green kit removes the guesswork from sourcing. Instead of ordering turf, seam tape, adhesive, cups, sand and tools from separate suppliers, one shipment arrives with every component matched and ready for assembly.
Each kit is cut at the factory to the dimensions you specify. Panels arrive labeled and sequenced, so the installer — whether a contractor or a homeowner — follows a clear assembly sequence without measuring or cutting on-site.
Seam adhesive, seam tape, cup inserts and infill sand quantities are calculated for your specific green size. No surplus materials, no shortages mid-installation. The kit arrives as a complete system, not a collection of parts.
Every kit ships with a step-by-step installation guide covering base preparation, panel layout, seaming technique and infill application. For DIY projects, this documentation replaces the need for a specialist consultant on-site.
Kit Contents

Project Simplification
The most common barrier to installing a backyard or commercial putting green is not cost — it is coordination. Sourcing turf from one supplier, seam materials from another, cups from a third, and then hoping everything arrives compatible and on schedule adds weeks of project management overhead.
A Relyir putting green kit consolidates that chain into a single order. You specify the green dimensions, hole count and turf variant; we calculate panel sizes, seam lengths, adhesive volume and infill quantities. Everything ships in one container, labeled and sequenced for installation.
For contractors, the kit reduces on-site time and eliminates material waste. For homeowners tackling a DIY install, it removes the need to research and source specialized materials — the only locally purchased items are base aggregate and silica sand, both available from any building supply yard.
Kit configurations range from compact 3 × 4 m single-hole practice greens to 10 × 15 m multi-hole setups with fringe borders. Each kit can include optional add-ons: weighted cup bases for hard-surface installs, extra seam tape for complex panel layouts, and replacement fiber samples for future repair.
For distributors and resellers, kits are a strong retail product. The pre-packaged format allows you to stock standardized sizes and sell a complete solution to end users, rather than quoting each component separately. We provide white-label packaging options on request.
Factory Direct from Jiangsu
Relyir has manufactured artificial grass in Jiangsu since 2006. Kit assembly happens on-site after production, ensuring every component meets the same quality standard.
All eight production stages are managed in-house. The automated sports turf line, commissioned in 2015, lifted production capacity by 150%. Kit assembly — cutting, labeling, component matching and packaging — runs in the same facility, so the turf and accessories leave the factory as a verified, complete system.
For distributors ordering multiple kits, we provide standardized sizing and branding options. The export team has shipped to more than 500 customers across 50+ countries since 2009 and handles all documentation — from commercial invoices to certificates of origin.
Kit Assembly Guide
The kit is designed for a straightforward installation. Two people with basic tools can complete a standard backyard kit in one to two days, including base preparation.
Excavate the area to 80–120 mm depth. Fill with compacted crushed aggregate and level. Lay geotextile weed barrier over the compacted base. This is the only step that uses locally sourced materials.
Unroll the pre-cut panels according to the included layout diagram. Panels are labeled to match their position in the green. Arrange them in place before applying any adhesive.
Apply the included seam tape and adhesive between panels. Press seams firmly and secure the perimeter with nails or edge adhesive. Cut cup holes at pre-marked positions.
Spread locally sourced fine silica sand (2–5 kg/m²) over the surface and brush it into the pile. Insert cups and flagsticks. The green is ready for practice immediately after brushing.
The kit includes all specialized materials. The installer provides standard tools: utility knife, measuring tape, stiff broom, wheelbarrow, shovel and a plate compactor (for base preparation). No specialized turf equipment is required.
The included installation guide walks through each step with diagrams and tips. For questions during installation, our support team is available to advise remotely — send photos and we respond with guidance within hours.

Yes. The kit is designed for DIY installation by two people with basic tools. The most physically demanding step is base preparation (excavation and compaction). If your site has complex contours or drainage challenges, a local contractor may be helpful for that phase.
Standard sizes include 3 × 4 m, 4 × 6 m and 6 × 10 m. Custom dimensions are available on request. Each size can be configured with one to six cup positions depending on the green area.
